What causes CI+ Error-04: CCK Failed on my Sony Bravia TV?

I have a Sony Bravia TV since januar 2011.

Regularly I get the next fault:

CI+ Error-04: CCK Failed.

Who can tell me what causes this error?

Hello,

I just bought an KDL 32EX402 and do exactly have the same problem.

It happens rather often and I don't like it.

I also have decoder problems with the on board card reader.

When the TV starts up on a non decoded channel,this channel is displayed.

Other channels, thus the decoded ones, can now not be seen.

( Message: Coded service, cannot be decoded)

The only way to jump around this problem is to remove and install de cardreader again.

( I have firmware nr M8.722)
