Do I understand correctly that it's the "Apps" button you have removed so you can no longer access the application drawer? If that is the case, you can either swipe up on the home screen to access it, or if you prefer to have the icon, press and hold on an empty area on the home screen > tap Settings in the bottom right corner > look for the setting called "Enable swipe-up" and disable this.
