Since the last Android 8 (Oreo) update, when I plug my Xperia into my computer via the USB cable, my Pc can no longer pick up the phone drive or sd card.
This means I can't transfer files (eg: music, pictures, documents, videos etc) between the two devices. How do I fix this.
I did phone this complaint/query into your contact centre (Ref # 119279287).
