Hi, since a software upgrade today 19 Dec 2019, my XA2 has had "no Service" at the top, no signal bars. Turning off and on does nothing, cleaning SIM and even replacing the SIM.
Something tells me the new update (assuming its Android 10) isnt liked by my XA2?
Sony wouldnt send me an update thats not suited to my phone surely??
Im in Australia and Sony has pulled out of new phone sales here. But surely they would still be looking after customers with thier handsets.
Any thoughts and suggestions appreciated.
