Process System isn't responding

While using Xperia XA1 Ultra it freezes suddenly and a drop box appears "Process System Isn't Responding" 😑

1) stop DROPBOX running in background

2)disable background data for Dropbox

3)enable datasaver

4)restart n check

I can't do any of that. My phone is completely frozen . Should I do factory reset?
