Hello, can anyone help me with how to reset network lock counter on Sony Xperia XA1 or G3121. My country is not listed and even if it did we don't have a Sony support in My country Africa Zambia
@Mwilamwila, it needs to be sent to a Sony repair centre, they have to reset it from their end. Try to contact Sony Africa they should be able to help you find a solution.
