Auto silence

My phone switch to silence mode every evening untill 11AM and I can't receive calls. I search in all the setting section but did'nt find any solution.

Second problem when receiving SMS there is a voice reading the message, I tried to cancel it but also nothing about that.

In the user guide I also did not find any information about these problems.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If the phone switch to silent mode at a specific time, you may have activated some settings in "Smart Connect". Go to the application "Smart Connect" > Press the events tab > Make sure that you do not have any setting activated and/or tap the activated event to edit the options for it.

Is it the preinstalled messaging application that you use? Could you check if you have the TalkBack function on via Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Turn it off.

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data. It should fix the silence mode.

For talkback,use two fingers to scroll and double tap to confirm.
