Hi, I've got a problem with my LTE. For some reason im only getting H+ and 3G. I was always getting LTE signal at home until now. I've tried everything

1. Reseted device
2. Shut down and clean the SIM
3. Turned on/off lte and data transfer
4. Turned airplane mode off and on
5. Tried choosing my network operator manually but only PLUS 3G found

Is there any lte antenna in my device which could disconnect???

Settings/more/mobile network/preferred network type

does 4g/lte appear in the list?

if not - some sort of rom problem

if so - your mobile network might have a problem. try going for a walk/drive and see if your phone works elsewhere.

Yes it says lte(proffered) / wcdma / gsm

Ive had a walk to the town and i didn't have LTE either, even tho i always had. Ive took some pictures under the fountain (underwater). Im home now and ive took out sim again cleaned it with some wet paper and inserted it again. Still no LTE. Ive started my device without a sim and then i reseted it about 10 to 15 times and the 11th or 16th time i entered the sim started the device reseted the device and it finally has all 4 bars of signal with LTE
