My phone suddenly turned off and it won't start on back, it was on 70% battery, and i tried several ways to turn it on but no hope.Also it won't responed to the charger or Pc Companion App, I even tried the( stimulant battery pull), by holding the volume (-) button and power button for like 20 sec, then tried to launch it normally but no hope i tried with the volume (+) button, no response. The weird thing is that my phone is getting heat up even more than if it's working normally!!? Any suggestions or help?
