unknow warning..help

 why is it showing this warning sign in the notification bar?

Press the volume up and select sound.
That is the sign for silent mode.

Have you pulled down the notification bar to see if there is a message

Aren't you talking about the 1 in the red circle? That is website related. 

If it is about the notification bar,then indeed that is silent mode. You can get out of silent mode by pressing volume button and changing to priority or vibration or normal.
