walkman selected music folders - Not

Walkman, nice program, though I just want to listen to music. The problem I have is, I can't seem to find a way to tell the program where to look for music, instead it finds it for you, which means it pulls all of the audio files, including a 1000 odd satnav direction sounds in various languages as well as whatsapp audio. I really don't want to listen to a string of dutch directions whilst riding my bike!! Its driving me mad, its just a shame I can't use it like a proper walkman.

Try settings-apps-all-walkman,clear data and restart.

Your only option would be to create a playlist of all songs excluding the ones in the folder that you don't need, using either an app on the phone itself, or simply using Windows media player on PC.

just create a file named ".nomedia" in the folder you don't want Walkman to access!!

install app name "My playlist Maker free'  from Martin Schinnerl

1. select music directory

2. select playlist directory as "/storeage/emulate/0"

click "Generate"

playlist 'll appear in walkman automatic
