Xperia Z won't start

I tried to update my Sony xperia z C6603 to lolipop through flashtool but it stuck on flashing data.After 2 hours I removed my phone and turned it on but it won't turn on now it say Update failed.Now I downloaded kitkat frimware from xperiafirm and tried to install it again stuck on Checking header.

You can't direct from your device - You need to either download a .ftf firmware file or create your own see here for instructions

 I downloaded Hong kong frimware but it gives an error while checking header when I try to flast it using Sony mobile flasher by androxyde on windows 7 and it stucks mid way on checking header on windows 8.1.I hae tried different sources to download the frimware(Xperiafirm,xperia blog etc).

Help my motive is to install lolipop on the device and removing france SFR operator logo when mobile starts and operator apps also.
