KD49X8005c EPG not loading on update

Hi. Since downloading the new update the EPG will not load on my TV. After multiple restarts and direct wiring the internet I cannot access any catch-up TV. The EPG does slowly load for current program but this is intermittently. Model KD49X8005C

Hi Cillala,

 

A simple power cycle can probably solve this. But if not, you can also try resetting the TV to factory defaults from the settings and test the performance of the TV once more.

Hello again,

 

Did you enable Youview? Also, Are you able to connect the TV to a different network (A Personal Hotspot) as an example and test if the same problem remains? This will exclude any network-related problems

Hi Cillalan,

 

If the issue is still happening you can try clearing the data of the YVservicehost app.
