My TV was doing the same after Oreo update and my father's brand new TV was doing the same on Oreo and my work colleagues TV was doing the same ..I solved all issues by logging into my sky q router and disable ipv6 Lan only .it appears Oreo update don't like ipv6..no help from Sony support all I got was reset tv .I have asked them why I have to do this in my router but 7 days and no reply
It could be an incompatibility with your own router, on my own ipv6 is enabled and working fine
