Hi Neil, welcome to the Community.
There have been problems with claiming the free movies offer in the past, but I believe these have been resolved. Certainly the offer should pop up when you visit https://play.google.com/store/account and/or when you launch the GPM+TV app, assuming you're clicking through from the free movie advert.
As a first step, make sure you have a valid payment method set up with your Google account. Some users have reported simply going ahead with a movie purchase has invoked the offer/code, but I wouldn't advise this unless it's a movie you would want to buy anyway!
Can you let us know how you get on?
Cheers
Mick
Hi Neil_F,
Welcome to our community!
The Google Play Movies app should be updated on your TV, at least version 2.6.11-tv or higher. You can check by going into the Google Play Store and lookup to make sure it's updated. Let us know if this resolved the issue.

Hi Neil_F,
As a workaround, could you try to claim the titles by signing in with your Google account on this link: http://bit.do/enyxW then follow these steps:
The offer should be visible in the Play store account page.
Make sure credit card information is available
Click ‘Get Movie’ on the page shown above
Select a title in the catalogue
Select ‘UHD for free’ (other formats are not free)
Select ‘Add to library’
The movie then should be available to watch on TV. Let us know if this resolved the issue.

I also have this offer on my TV and cannot claim it either. I have spoken to Google too and they agreed that it is not there. It seems Sony are giving the offer but Google aren't aware of it. It's extremely frustrating.
Same issue, there seems to be no way to redeem, and no credit shows up in my play account.
simply another feature sony have offered that does not work, what next no blue planet / world cup 4k support
