BIOS update for VPCW12S1E?

Hi guys,

I know the above netbook is not current and now outside warranty so no free support from Sony but wondered if there were any updates to the BIOS for this netbook? One that maybe changes the fan from kicking in so soon?

Although outside warranty, Sony will continue to issue software and firmware updates for your Vaio.

You will see some quite recent updates on the download page for your model here: -

Unfortunately, there is no BIOS update available at present.
