Vista upgrade on VGN-A417S

Hi there,

I currently have a VAIO A417S that I am extremely happy with but at some point am wanting to upgrade to Vista. The machine is perfectly capable of running the OS now I have upped the RAM to 2GB.

What kind of download support will I have for this machine with regards to the extra buttons and drivers this machine needs on top of the standard Vista install?

Hey paraprod, Welcome to Club-VAIO

Currently sony have not released any drivers or info to micosoft as far as i no & i think this is a general listening & waiting game. I Also want to install vista on my VAIO but i am going to wait till all drivers & info is available which hopefully will be soon.
