During ordering Express upgrade to Vista the following error received:
"We're sorry but we are unable to validate your COA Number"
The number (COA ID) was taken from lable on the bottom of my VAIO AR-11S. Please advice anybody

If your having problems with the Certificate of Authenticity, I think you will have to contact Vaio-Link for further advice..
Check again....you need 14 figure number. Think you used the wrong one since there are lots of numbers on it.
If the number you used was as the pic then it was correct. Try calling the Vista Upgrade centre on 00800 666 44 666
When you recieved your Laptop you should have a Microsoft Batch of books within these is a seperate Microsoft leaflet with a green cert on the back of it your number should be located there & not on the bottom of the laptop
