I did the 'clean installation' as decribed in the two threads (the creating a 'clean' XP disc and extracting the .pac files).
Have finally got my system working perfectly (installing drivers/utilities and the applications I want) except for one problem. The wireless switch does not cut off my wi-fi when I turn it off. It works wit the Bluetooth, but not the Wi-Fi.
Anybody got any suggestions?
I have a FE11S by the way.
