Camera problems

I got a problem with the camera for my Xperia XA2 Ultra, it doesn't start up.

When I try opening it, it just closes without opening a thing. 

I have been using the third party apps from 2019, I thought it will come right with factory reset but it doesn't.

Can you help.

The camera when I turn it on automatically closes and I can not delete photos or videos, I have a full memory
