Today my Xperia XA2 froze up and would not respond after over 10 mins. I forced shut down and now it won't respond to any input, the charging LED doesn't even illuminate when it's plugged in.
This happened once before and by the following morning the battery had drained to zero and the phone could be charged and used normally. This seems to be an exact repeat of this.
This makes the phone completely unusable as it cannot be relied on at all. This has happened the only two times I attempted to use the XA2 as my main phone?
Has anyone else had this issue? This makes me want to return the phone under warranty unless there is a permanent solution to this issue.
