Backup with PCCompanion and encrypted Smartphone

It isn't possible to backup my encrypted phone with pc-companion! What should I do to create a backup?

You can't because it's encrypted - The only way to decrypt your phone is to perform a system repair or firmware repair then you will be able to perform a backup

That is not possible,that is what encrypting is for,so nobody will be able to steal,backup or use your data.

Thats not logical. PCCompanion works only with unlocked device. So the security will be ok.

My Backup disc is also encrypted.

Do youn know what I mean?

There are other apps that can erase your phone beside Pc companion(Sony update service does not need the phone unlocked).Even a flash tool can do that...

All phones are like that - The only way to backup an encrypted phone is if your phone is rooted then you can use an app like Helium - App Sync and Backup
