Hi @buzaidq8y,

After the upgrade to Android 6.0, the shortcut on the Screen lock has been changed from a dialer to a microphone. This is how Google has designed the Screen lock for Android 6.0. However, it's possible to change the shortcut on the Screen lock.

  1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
  2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
  3. Tap the gear icon.
  4. Find and tap Default apps > Assist & voice input > Assist app.
  5. Tap None.

Note! If you change the Screen lock shortcut, you will disable Now on tap.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm afraid I don't know why that was the case but I've added a note with this solution in the case related to your chat. Slightly_smiling_Face
