Have you been experiencing this for a long time or has it just started happening? Also, does this error message appear during a specific kind of use or does this happen randomly?
The main thing that I would advise you to do is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the error message appears there as well. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode where all apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated, that way you can see if this error message is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

Hi thanks. I tried to run my phone on safe mode for an hour and when I deactivate the safe mode the issue never occurred again.
